Not only will you get the best training, you will be in an atmosphere which is-non threatening. Our current locations has 4300 square feet of mat space. This includes spring loaded tatami mats and hanging heavy bags, a twenty foot ring and Olympic weights with other strength equipment. We also have a shower.
